02 Your Right to Cancel (Distance & Off-Premises Sales)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you purchase goods at a distance (e.g. online or by phone) or away from our business premises, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of the day on which you receive the goods. You do not need to give a reason for cancellation.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us clearly of your decision before the 14-day period expires. You may do so by sending an unambiguous statement by email to admin@khivaronvraxylon.world or by post to our address. We will send you an acknowledgement of your cancellation. You must then return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your cancellation. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or your cancellation notice, whichever is earlier.

03 Returns for Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If the goods you receive are faulty, not as described, or do not match the sample or model, you may be entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement, depending on the circumstances. You have a reasonable time to reject faulty goods and request a refund. If you have accepted the goods but they develop a fault within the first six months, it is assumed the fault was present at the time of delivery unless we can prove otherwise.

To exercise these rights, contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the fault. We may request that you return the goods for inspection. If we agree that the goods are faulty or misdescribed, we will cover the cost of return postage and will process your refund, repair, or replacement promptly.

04 Hygiene and Sealed Products

Dietary supplements are sealed for hygiene and safety. For this reason, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are faulty or misdescribed. Unopened products in their original, undamaged packaging may be returned within the 14-day cancellation period, subject to the conditions set out above. If you have opened the product and it is faulty, we will still process your return in accordance with your statutory rights.

05 Refund Process

When a refund is approved, we will:

  • Process the refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods or your valid cancellation notice
  • Refund you using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless you have agreed otherwise
  • Refund the full purchase price, including the cost of standard delivery that you paid, where applicable
  • Exclude the cost of express or premium delivery where you chose an upgrade

Unless the product is faulty or we have made an error, you are responsible for the cost of return postage when exercising your right to cancel. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of posting. We are not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit until they are received by us.

06 Non-Refundable Situations

We may decline refunds or returns in the following circumstances:

  • The product has been opened, used, or the seal has been broken (except where faulty)
  • The 14-day cancellation period has expired and the product is not faulty
  • The product has been damaged through misuse, neglect, or after delivery
  • The return request does not comply with this policy or applicable law
  • The product has been customised or made to order

07 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email admin@khivaronvraxylon.world with your order reference number, the reason for your request, and any supporting information (e.g. photos of faulty goods). We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the goods. Once we receive the returned goods and verify they meet our return conditions, we will process your refund as set out above.
